Photo Gallery - Enthronement of Tulku Urgyen Yangsi day 3 and 4

On Day Three, close to 3,000 people made pilgrimage up the hillside to Tsoknyi Rinpoche and Mingyur Rinpoche’s monastery, Pal Ngesdön Ösel Ling.

Probably the most touching moment for all Tulku Urgyen’s many disciples was to witness Yangsi Rinpoche’s very first arrival at Nagi Gompa where Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche had remained in semi-retreat for more than two decades. Within 5 minutes of his arrival, Yangsi Rinpoche was comfortably seated on his predecessor’s throne in the jewel-box shrine hall.  Beaming with delight, he looked very much at home.
