Enthronement of Urgyen Jigme Rabsel
Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery will soon be making a formal announcement regarding a most auspicious occasion - the enthronement of Urgyen Jigme Rabsel, known more widely as Tulku Urgyen Yangsi, the reincarnation of Kyabje Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. The enthronement will take place in the main temple of Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery in Boudhanath, Kathmandu on the Tibetan holy day, Lhabab Duchen, in the Year of the Earth Rat 2008. This date accords with the Tibetan lunar calendar; from the standpoint of the Western calendar, Lhabab Duchen will occur on 19th November, 2008.

Urgyen Jigme Rabsel was born in 2001. He is the son of Neten Chokling Rinpoche and Khandro Tendzin Choyang Gyari.
At the occasion of recognizing the reincarnation of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, Kyabje Trülshik Rinpoche wrote the following verses:
By the blessings of Orgyen Padma
A sublime Tulku, intentionally appears
As the fruit of long and repeated prayers.
To the gurus and deities, on the world's stage,
To a knowledge-maiden, with blazing element,
And in the fourth precious drum of summer (Dragon)
A snake-child is born with noble signs and marks.
When enthroned, a great boon will be bestowed upon beings.
